We shall keep accurate and up to date records of the care you receive. Information is usually shared between health professionls included directly in your care. However, all are bound by a strict code of confidentiality and if you have any concerns in relation to this please speak to the Practice Manager.
Reception and administration staff require access to your medical records in order to do their jobs. These members of staff are bound by the same rules of confidentiality as the medical staff.
